Yes. Refer to the CRM use case to see an example how we use ProcessMaker I/O without transferring PII data.

In this use case example, we demonstrate how to not pass PII data to ProcessMaker I/O, meaning no PII data appears in our logging system. Instead, we are sending a command to the CRM system to change the case status; this is the only change referenced in the ProcessMaker I/O logs. For example, ProcessMaker I/O requests to change case ID 33 to Approved status. In the ProcessMaker I/O logs, the record for this case would show the precise datetime, case id=33, and status=Approved. ProcessMaker I/O can only log changes based on the data that is passed. If you want to keep PII data secure in your system, use a correlated identifier that is sent to ProcessMaker I/O to represent your PII data. You will still need to pass any particular data to ProcessMaker I/O that would be required for any evaluation for conditional gateways and script tasks.
